I am new to outdoor birding. I would appreciate more suggestions and energy. I feel as if I need to know exactly what I want and do my research prior. I ask questions and they are answered but I hope for unsolicited suggestions as well in a specialty store. Maybe Covid discourages much interaction?

I thought the employees were a little indifferent rather than friendly. I had to wait a bit longer than I thought to get checked out. Overall it was just okay not a stellar experience.

I knew what I was looking for and didn’t require assistance so it was a smooth transaction. Friendly staff as usual and good quality products. I just love birds so a great quality bird feeder was needed...Wild Birds Unlimited of Gambrills delivered! Thank-you!

Stopped by on way out of shopping area and was not permitted to purchase in store or at door. Had to get back into car and call , then wait a few secs for order.

Disappointing that all of my bid bucks were not honored. The last few times I’ve bought seed it was on sale so I couldn’t use my bird bucks. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for a very long time.
