Store does not carry products that rugged enough to keep varmints away.

I didn't realize the bird bucks were only good for 6 months. However, the sales person was extremely nice in explaining it.

Highly satisfied is a really high bar when you go in to buy birdseed like you've done before. You had it, I paid for it. I left. Some sort of value would have to be added to that experience to make it highly satisfied. I certainly was not disappointed. It was fine!

Always wish that we could buy more things for the birds but everything is a little expensive. Also, more not too expensive merchandise would be nice. Will probably buy some earrings over the holidays.

I purchased a bird bath and not satisfied because it is too light. When I questioned the salesperson she explained once water is in there not problem, but yes it is a problem. Not steady at all. Falls frequently.

I ordered by phone and merchandise was not what I requested.

The clerk (Sorry, I did not get her name) was friendly and helpful. My dissatisfaction is with the price of No Mess Seed. Perhaps it is expensive everywhere. I hope I don't have to begin using common birdseed.

I purchased a bag of corn on the cob, made sure to check for the presence of black mold (or whatever it is) however didn't realize till I opened the bag 3 days later that the bag was full of "dust", there were multiple holes in the cobs, and then realized there was an infestation of larvae crawling around on the corn cobs. I sent an email with pictures to the store for their review and have not received any reply. I normally am very pleased and have loved this store for my wild bird needs however am quite disappointed by the poor quality of the product and the lack of any response. thank you for asking for my feedback.

Going into Hummingbird season, the store had a very small selection of Hummingbird feeders and accessories. I went in looking for bee guards (yellow, cage-like guards that go externally on Hummingbird feeder ports), and the only bee guards the store had were nectar tips.
