Despite being in a pandemic, the employees I encountered during my visit were not practicing social distancing in the slightest, and there were several times when a male employee came up very close to me in what I consider to be personal space (which would make me highly uncomfortable even during normal times). Also, at the register the cashier reach to take some thing out of my hand, nearly touching my hands with her hands. Normally I would not have a problem with this, but because I am being extra careful in order to keep myself and my family COVID-free,I found this to be a highly unsafe practice. I believe that the store employees need more safety training.

I’ve never had this happen before at your store. The sales woman rang me up and then I asked her if she had applied the member discount. She had not. I thought I had one, but she said that store records indicated otherwise. I asked her if she would let me purchase the membership. Of course she said yes, but would not void the ticket and re-ring me with discount. She actually said no. I asked her why she didn’t offer me the membership prior to ringing me up. She said “because Some people don’t want to be asked.” Not the epitome of customer service.

I have a membership but I was told I needed the coupon on the receipt which no one keeps. Why is the coupon not automatic for membership holders?

I place my order online and when I checked, the order is listed as completed, yet I have yet to receive the order. I then called the store to check on the order and they are unable to tell me anything other than it looks like it was delivered.

I was not unsatisfied. The gal that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. And she offered suggestions.
