I was having a kind of rough day. I was greeted by an associate named Celeste as soon as I walked in. She was so kind and considerate, and I left the store, feeling wonderful. I expressed the fact that I could not afford a lot of the things in the store she still treated me with the same respect as she would have anyone else. I actually only bought one cake of suet. She still put it in a beautiful brown bag, and treated me with dignity and kindness. I just received a coupon in my email and I will be coming back in to buy a birdhouse this week. I had an issue with one of my feeders. The staff resolved the issue at a fair and reasonable price. He replaced a feeding tube, and I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes.
