I love the knowledge the staff has of birds, the bird food choices, the selection of gifts.

The birdseed that I wanted was in stock. I received 20% off. Staff members were helpful and courteous. The quality of products is superior.

The wonderful person who helped me was very welcoming & knowledgeable. I had a question & she knowing the answer explained it to me, which I appreciated. I love the selection & I do look forward to visiting the store. I really enjoyed when we had lectures on the visiting birds -owls, crows & hawks that are cared for by a sanctuary. The room was packed by all ages & very enjoyable. I missed the bat lecture, so I’m hoping in the future it & the birds will return.
