Everyone at the store is always so helpful and ready to serve the customer. If there is a problem with a piece of merchandise everyone is there to help take care of the problem. All the items in the store are made of quality material and love having a life time warranty on the merchandise you purchase. Great store and staff always! Thank you.

The main reason I visited the store was to purchase a suction cup holder for an existing hummingbird feeder. The store did not have what I needed, so I had to come home and order it on Amazon, who had it, of course. Please stock everything BIRDS so that we do not have to use Amazon for everything. Thank you.

Wonderful staff

The bird feeding items are way too expensive. I have to consider not feeding anymore because of the expense.

It all comes down to the cost. Bird food costs as much or more than what I pay for family food.

I think the price of bird seed is way too high.

I wanted a certain pole and bracket to hang off my terrace bannister for a feeder and store didn't have it. I know they used to carry it.

I like it I go there for all my bird needs even though I live 30 minutes away
