We made two visits on the same day. The system was down on our first visit. But when we returned a couple hours later, the system was back up and running. We had no problem selecting our merchandise and checking out. Thank you!

Just like everything else the price of seed is going up. When it comes to feeding me or the birds, I'm sorry but it will be me. If it goes up anymore, you will lose me.

Staff could have been more knowledgeable of the items I bought. When I got home and read instructions I discovered a couple things had not been put together correctly.

It really has nothing to do with the store itself. It’s just the cost of everything these days. I spend just about as much feeding the birds as I do for food for us. Don’t know if I can keep this up being on a set income.

Your prices are very high for merchandise, I need a rain gauge, but cheapest was minimum 30.00. Your store is lovely, your employees are knowledgeable with products, especially seed varieties and that is essential to your success.

Associate wasn’t familiar with birdseed I was looking for, but I eventually found seed located in different part of store. Wasn’t in same location I was used to.
