As soon as I arrive in the store, I am acknowledged with a Hello How are you today? Then they ask if they can help me and always offer help but also information and suggestions. They are always so very friendly an always take things out to my car no matter what the weather is like that day. Just a very pleasant experience.

I can always find what I need. I always have a nice conversation with the staff members about what I have seen in my backyard. They have been very helpful with advice as well as repairs-I had one squirrel proof feeder that had a run in with a bear! Love their open house events!
