I was looking for an item that was not out front on display, as it was an off-season item. The owner found two examples in the back for me to see and explained how they worked and the price on each. He was very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy going to this store, it is very interesting to see all of the unique items related to birds and to shop there for myself and others.

My husband and I are always highly satisfied with our experience at this store. The owners and staff are like family. They are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We have never had a bad experience and we have recommended this store to many of our friends who have since become regular customers!
