I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was directed to the product I was looking for.

Friendly, knowledgeable, good merchandise and attractive store.

Aspen was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was trying to pick out a new bird seed for my feeders. We discussed what my birds seemed to avoid and what they liked and picked out the perfect feed. Check out was easy and apsen even helped me update my information.

I enjoyed shopping with the many gift items to choose from. All sales people are very helpful.

Buddy, was the employee who helped me at the Thomasville Rd store in Tallahassee. He was very friendly, helpful, and clearly enjoys birds and helping others learn.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly and not condescending. I didn’t rate the quality of the items I bought at the highest level, because I like to take a little time do make sure of that. However, I’ve never bought anything there that failed me.
