I’ve only shopped twice and the experience was consistently excellent

We went in to look for a metal pinwheel, which was not available. However, there were so many other excellent choices available that we were not disappointed. The sales person was excellent and showed us everything we asked to see and answered all of our questions. She also checked us out quickly and told us about the yearly membership which saved us some money. Great experience, and we will definitely be going back!

Great selection of Christmas gifts!

We had picked out a nice feeder but the salesperson realized it was a Bluebird feeder, so we changed to the type we wanted.

There is such a wonderful selection of everything for birds. Things I can’t find anywhere else. And I really like that it is a local business. I was there when you had an author signing books, which I really enjoyed. Bought 2 of them. Watching birds in my backyard is one of the most peaceful & enjoyable things in my life.

Love their products especially the seeds. Have noticed many more birds coming to my feeding stations since I started using their type of seeds.

Excellent staff at the store. They are highly knowledgeable and can answer questions on food/houses, etc. This is very helpful to a beginner birder.

Shopped in the store in Spring with a friend who introduced me to the feeder. Loved the bird feeder and seed animals. This order was to replenish our seeds, buy a gift of seed raccoon for her and give same feeder to 3 other family/friends for Christmas.
