I had a new employee and she didn’t know 100% about some items but she quickly got a more senior staff member to assist. I know she’ll do really great when she gets more training. Everyone is always extremely helpful.

The staff at WBU are very knowledgeable and always so friendly and helpful. They also let one just browse if that is what is called for. So many beautiful products to choose from and I especially like the WBU brand. Always a good experience.
