I couldn't find the bark butter for awhile because it was tucked away on a bottom shelf practically on the floor. Otherwise no problems.

Generally, prices are high and my store doesn't always have what I want. Also, part of the reason for my last visit was that I phoned in an order for a specific clip-on jelly feeder, but when I opened the bag, it wasn't what I had ordered.

I think your system of after holiday sales is confusing - the percentage off going up on certain items, etc., but no overall signs or information that all holiday decorations were 25 percent off, for example. The only way I learned about that was when I was checking out. I then went back and bought more items.

The new location (I know it isn't "new" anymore) is not at all convenient for me so I do not shop as often as I used to. I also find the costs higher than I can manage for routine purchases. I let my membership lapse because the cost to benefits was no longer cost effective for me. When the bird bucks reward was modified to requiring substantially more in purchases, it just stopped being worthwhile for me.
