I drive from Jackson to Lansing for bird seed cylinders. I'm always greeted when arriving, assisted and checked out quickly. WBU is a wonderful store for my needs. I especially appreciated the order ahead/curbside service during Covid.

It’s a happy place with smiling, helpful people along with lots of quality merchandise for bird friends as well as human friends. There’s always new things to see, never predictable,always interesting and nicely arranged. And, Milo is a true delight!

This is the BEST WBU store I've ever been to. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are too. The store is well stocked , brightly lit, a friendly kitty to pet, and sometimes some fun things to look at that make shopping there fun. It's one of my favorite ways to spend my free time.

The folks at the store are super helpful. We discussed early return of starlings and options. They made sure I utilized my coupon and the status of my reward program subscription. They know my name, helped carry our the order to the car, and even have a soft furry cat to pet.
