The people are always friendly, knowledgeable. In the past they've helped me with problems I've had with bird feeders, squirrels, etc. Being new to Virginia I often have questions and they always take time to help me out.

WBU sells the highest quality bird seed available on the market, so I would shop there anyway. What makes my shopping experience so pleasant is my interaction with staff. We share knowledge and love of birds, and interest in nature, so shopping is accompanied by swapping stories of what bird and related species were seeing, migration, nesting, etc. More like dropping in on a friend than running an errand!
