The store is neatly arranged with an excellent selection. Assistance is offered and when you checkout, they are efficient and remind you if you have a frequent purchase discount. All around excellent!

The owners and worker bees are always helpful...and knowledgeable. If they're out of something, they will order it and notify me when it comes in.

They sell the most beautiful well made products I’ve seen the quality of their bird feeders last a lifetime and their bird food is probably fit for human consumption

The staff are extremely polite- always greeting me promptly when I come into the store. Always interested in helping me find what I’m looking for. It’s always so nice to visit this store and my brother in law, who visits from out of town, always enjoys shopping here as well! They’re a great group of people- genuinely friendly and polite. I have come to know them all on first name basis. They also keep my up on new lines of products they think I might be interested in! It’s a win win! :)

WBU has high quality products and a very helpful staff. They even delivered an order personally when i was needing seed. They go above and beyond with customer service.

I had to purchase a Sparrow Trap. Staff was very helpful with assisting me and giving advice on installation.
