The store has the products I am looking for while having an attractive store with pretty merchandise. I like it that the store is well lit and there is enough space for moving around. The staff is fairly consistent in who is available and they are always knowledgeable about products and the birds. They are able to make suggestions by asking questions about what you might need instead of just being "pushy".

I was recognized walking in and staff asked if I was getting the same thing as last time and the answer was “yes”
