The merchandise is always interesting and displayed conveniently and thoughtfully. Staff know me, at least recognizes me, and are always knowledgeable and friendly. And I just enjoy the experience and am grateful I’m helping birds survive the cold winter weather.

Good product variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful with both product related and unrelated questions. Store was very clean and organized. Prices are somewhat reasonable.

WBU always has the product I need to feed my birds. I love the people there and they know me and my needs. I get No Mess Plus and suet, butter and peanuts each time I go. They have the best feeders on the market. They have the most knowledgeable people who can always help you solve your problem.
