I visited the store to take advantage of the extra discount on my bird food. There was plenty in stock and I was able to purchase what I needed.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and always have answers.

I am always immediately welcomed to the store. I enjoy pleasant conversation with the employees about the products in the store an talking "birds" in general. The staff are always knowledgable about what attracts certain birds and things to do to help make your yard an pleasant oasis for yourself and wildlife in general. They also politely help you load your items in your car, I thoroughly enjoy visiting this store and I'm vey thankful that I have the convenience of shopping here! :) My brother in law is also a wild bird enthusiast and shops here as well when he's in town!

The staff person I worked with gave me several additional tips for attracting various types of birds to our feeders. They were very helpful with identifying the status of our membership and the use of our coupons. They were very helpful to me, since I had surgery in recent days, by carrying the bag of seed to my car.

They always say hello, they always recognized me and ask how is the feed and feeders are working with the birds in my back yard. They are great to suggest any thing else that may create a more wondrous birding back yard.

Love this shop! It always has more than what I came to purchase - this time it was a charming bird house. Staff are always terrific.
