The staff welcomes you when you enter the store. The staff tells you about new products or promotions. They also answer any and all questions you may have. A pleasant place to go.

I love the store. It has great feeders, good stock of seed, and fun jewelry! They are knowledgeable on all things birds and they help me when I have bird feeding issues. Everyone who works in that store looks like they want to be there and always help me out with my purchases.
