There is always someone available to interact with when I have questions or seek out suggestions. Although I do a lot of online ordering in general I actually appreciate going into the store and seeing the quality of the merchandise, learning something new about the products, and seeing how I'm able to add to my existing bird feeding structures.

Answers questions, knows me by name, knowledgeable in things birdwatching in my area.

I asked about the socks, which I love and are not widely available here, and the salesperson knew exactly where they were. Also, this was a gift for a friend and my purchase had tissue paper and ribbon added to the cute bag so I did not have to gift wrap it.

I stopped in to replenish seed supplies. The store was closed for inventory, but a lovely employee saw me pull up. She unlocked the door and helped me with my purchases. She was friendly and helpful.

Staff are always very helpful. The sunflower chips are the best no-mess option and Wild Birds is the only place to get quality seeds. Hours are convenient.

I was looking for a heated birdbath and the staff showed me several options. They were friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. As always, the store was displayed in a way that I could look at anything I desired. I do all my bird purchases here even though it is 60 miles from where I live.
