I went to get refills for my suet feeder I purchased a couple of weeks ago. I purchased a tube feeder today for my small birds and was surprised to learn of the warranty. And when I finished they carried my purchase to my car! What wonderful service!

I have been going to WBL for several years, maybe 10 yrs. I have always been satisfied with the help if I need any, wide selections, good quality, I have given some of them as gifts. Always carry my bird seed to car and helpful all way round. No complaints.

The staff always recognizes me and asks how my dog is doing? They ask how the bird feeder I bought is working. They also ask how I like the food I'm feeding is doing and will show me other things too.
