I find something unique every time I go in. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Something just keeps drawing me back. Needless to say the birds at my place are thrilled!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL HERE. EVERYONE IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I COULDN'T FIND A MORE FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. I ALWAYS ENJOY GOING TO THIS STORE.

Every time I go in to the store everyone is always very friendly, eager to help & answer any questions I may have. A couple of times they have even had me bring my bird feeder in & they have gone over board by cleaning it & getting it in top shape. It is always a nice experience to shop at WBU in Tulsa.

The staff was very helpful and knew how to help me find exactly what I needed. They also remember me and what I have purchased in the past.

I've been coming to wild birds for over a decade...really? 1. variety and quality of seed. 2. feeder selection. 3. fun browsing ( decorative items for garden would be nice but my income only allows for seed and a feeder every now and then)

Went in looking for a pair of butterfly socks which the lady helped me locate immediately. Was also hoping to find a Flamingo item; no such luck but they will look into it for me. Maybe next time! Then when I was checking out, I found a beautiful pair of silver and green leaf earrings, and the clerk graciously added these to my bill while preparing my gift bag. She also presented me with a much needed 2019 calendar/book I can keep in my car, which I used less than an hour later to make a notation about a book I heard on NPR. An excellent shopping experience; thank you!

They discussed with us how to store bird seed to prevent mealy bugs. Also offered to split 20 lb bag into 2 bags for easier storage. They were very patient as we changed our minds a couple times of what to buy.

Staff was knowledgeable of items, and made recommendations. I was able to locate gift items, and it was wrapped for me. Store had high end binoculars.

WBU has the products I want. They have helped and advised me over past decade and now I have a dozen species feeding right outside my window. Would I prefer the price of the top-of-the-line bird food I purchase was cheaper? Sure. Wish I was taller, too.
