Shopping experience is pleasant because items are displayed so nicely it makes a shopper want to buy everything. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable yet doesn't hover allowing a person enjoy the shopping. I truly love shopping this store.

The quality of the products for the price, the staff is always friendly and knowlegable and they usually always have the products that I buy in stock. It's just a nice little store!

Incredible customer service!

The staff is very friendly. They greet you immediately upon entering the store. They always have the answer for any questions we might have. Very happy to know there is a place to go for help when we do have bird related questions.

The bird food is always fresh. Other stores you find maggots, mold in the product. Also None of the food is out of date. Feeders are of hi quality not junk that fall apart
