Wanted item shipped from closest WBU store or warehouse to Clarksdale, MS, not from Tulsa to Clarksdale, MS.

There wasn't any reason, I just felt "Satisfied" was appropriate.

I love this store! All the products are high quality and beautiful. The staff are always kind. I’d shop here all the time, but I can’t afford it. I’ll buy a product occasionally if I have a coupon, but I’m not going to buy seed here when I can get more for half the price elsewhere.

I’m waiting to hear back regarding a lifetime warranty on a tube feeder I brought into the store on Saturday 1/7/23. I was told, a phone would be made on Monday to get an answer…it’s Friday and stil no word

I was surprised at the limited bags of birdseed. In fact, I bought the last large bag of the type of birdseed that I use. Stock was extremely low, but we were having a major cold snap.

I purchased two of the peppered bird seed containers. The squirrels leave it along but so do the birds. Will give the peppered nono-mess bird seed another week. I guess I will purchase the regular non-mess and gradually mix in the peppered non-mess blend. Hopefully that will work. Otherwise I have wasted big bucks on two containers of bird seed. You might want to reevaluate the pepper non-mess product.

I reserve "highly satisfied" for above and beyond expectations such as solving a problem etc. Satisfied means it was all good no complaints.

No complaints, I just wish there were smaller quantities available. I want to experiment with different food mixes for the local native birds while discouraging non-natives like house sparrows and starlings so I don't really want to buy huge bags that will take months to go through. Maybe you could give out small samples with a minimum purchase of $XX... just an idea.
