Wild Birds Unlimited

Went in after Christmas, so selection may have been lessened. I only give Highly Satisfied when something is over and above what should be expected. I have high expectations.

Beautiful, quality products. Friendly staff who love birds and like to talk about them

The bonus system ....where I have to save a coupon from past purchases, or some such, in order to qualify for credits, is extremely aggravating. You have all the information in your files to credit my account ....I shouldn’t have to hold on to something in my wallet. It’s enough to look elsewhere for my birdseed.

Prices at the store were a little high. Loved the items but for things that go outside and will not keep for a long time prices need to be a little cheaper.

Finding what I was looking for was good. It was more expensive than I thought it would be. The problem was, I was greeted when I entered the store but was not asked if she could help me find something. I wondered around the store for a few minutes searching when a second lady came out of the office looked at me and walked over to the first lady without speaking to me. She eventually went back to the office and the First Lady finally asked me if I needed help finding something. I told her it was good she asked because I was about to leave. I wouldn’t have gone back either! It was obvious I was new to the store.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, service is quick and everything I need is usually in stock

I did not have a problem with Wild Birds Unlimited. I was hoping they could solve a bird problem I brought to them. Was trying to figure out how to keep nest of young Chicadees from baking in recent summer heat.

The store is pretty small. I would like to see more people merchandise that centers around nature. I would also like to see more examples of birds from my area, both male and female, immature and mature, displayed in the store. That would help me with identification during discussions with the staff. Not interested in buying a book.

Employees seemed to be a little slow and unenthuestastic.
