I only give highly satisfied responses when things are over and above. The store was nice, clean, friendly, but it is small so limited on its merchandise. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I bought two bird feeders and it cost me A little over $200. I realize the products are superior to box stores but that is just bit too much.

The Simply Suet product does not perform as represented. All birds did not eat it. It is not a solution to too many Starlings.

I was so excited to find this store in Tulsa because I had previously been shopping when I was in Norman, three hours away. I told the clerk and they acted like they could care less.

I still haven’t received it. WBU sent it for pickup immediately. FedEx didn’t pick it up. They will use the weather as an excuse. It was for one day. Not the rest of the time though.

Jury is still out on my satisfaction. Store employees were knowledgeable and very friendly, and offered a “gift” after we received the wrong order. My concern at this time is birds have yet to take to either seed choice. Time will tell??

The manager rudely reprimanded the clerk who was waiting on me. Because my husband died recently, the clerk changed the membership to my name. But because she did this before finalizing my sale, I could not get my rewards. When I questioned this, the manager blamed the clerk--said she had told her several times to complete the sale before editing. Rudeness to an employee in front of a customer is unacceptable to me, especially after the clerk had been making the change because of a bereavement. I will return one more time but only to redeem my points. I hope that corporate will reprimand the manager and do something to make sure that widows are not penalized by programming that cannot be overridden when a mistake has been made. If I had not been afraid of further embarrassing the clerk, I would have told the manager that her behavior was inappropriate and was responsible for losing a customer.

I have been shopping at this Wild Birds Unlimited Store for over 10 years. Service, selection and cleanliness have always been excellent. I get loose bird seeds from them, but mostly the cylinders which I find very easy to use.
