I was greeted immediately on entering and was offered assistance. The lady took me right to what I needed and explained why it was beneficial. Excellent customer service. The checkout process was slow because there was another customer ahead of me that took extra time. That part seemed a little disorganized. But it was fine. I got what I needed, and so far it is working.

The team spirit and knowledge of merchandise is outstanding! Good times!

The ladies are very helpful. They make a real effort to get the product/products I use. The quality of the seed I buy is excellent.

Employees obviously love sharing their knowledge and love of birding to novices. Have only been birding for a little over six months and learn so much every time i stop by to learn and expand my birding.

I took my 15 year old nephew into the store. He is showing interest in birds. Although he is quite shy and tends to rely on my to do the talking the store staff did her best to bring him into the conversation. This meant a lot to me.

Staff is always so nice and helpful.
