Wild Birds Unlimited weren’t able to fulfill my order due to snow and ice slowing down their stock trucks, but we spoke on the phone, and the staff were able to help me make decisions about replacement items. They were so friendly and helpful.

I had a lot of questions about buying a specific birdhouse and they were answered to my satisfaction. I very much appreciated the knowledge and help she gave me in deciding which house to buy.

Love the curbside, it has let me continue to feed the birds during the pandemic!! Employees are always knowledgeable and friendly. Inside is enjoyable to browse around in. When people ask about bird food etc always recommend Bird’s Unlimited.

I had ordered online expecting it to be shipped. They called and offered to deliver in person. The weather was treacherous, but I received my merchandise. Thank you for going above and beyond! (My backyard birds than you, as well!☺️)

The store is very organized and the staff has adapted quite well to serving everyone during the Covid pandemic while following the CDC guidelines and maintaining the continued high quality of service and care for all their customers.
