Package was delivered next day and was packed very nicely! The communication after ordering was incredible. Kept me posted from the time I ordered until delivery! Also, there was a note that was personally signed by personnel that worked at the store not some computerized robot like thank you. Very high praise for staff and product! This is a gift for my son and he frequents Wild Birds Unlimited and is a club member. He enjoys going to the store and talking to the ladies as he says they are so knowledgeable about the birds and what kind of feed to buy for each type. Would definitely order from WBU again!!

I ordered a Hummingbird Feeder online to have shipped to me. It was a gift our grandson is giving his mom for Christmas. I received a call from the store and was asked if it would be ok if they just dropped it off at me house. As usual I am amazed at the nice people that work at Wild Birds. To go out of their way when they could have just mailed it was above and beyond kind. I continue to be a fan and loyal customer.
