I was contacted and asked if I'd like the items delivered TODAY, instead of waiting on mail. Items were brought to my front porch, out of the weather. I was texted the items were here, instead of the doorbell or knock, so my dogs didn't bark and my husband wasn't bothered in his office.

Great selection on specialty products. I felt safe in the store as the staff wore make and required that clients entering do the same. A lot of passion & expertise by the people working in the store.

They are friendly, helpful, and know me. They special order the birdfood I like and make sure to keep a few bags on hand for me. Can't ask for better than that!

The availability of what I needed is always there! Product is of good quality and last. The sales person is knowledgeable and always eager to help! I am low income and find it hard to shop there as often as I would like! But I save for the things I really want!
