Due to inaccurate information online, I arrived at the store 30 minutes before opening, while the clerk was setting out the bird feeders. She informed me of the correct hours and advised that there was no in store shopping without an appointment. She went inside to check appointment availability and I was ready to tell her I could just call in my order as I knew what I wanted. Instead, she invited me into the store to do my shopping! EXCELLENT customer service! Bravo!

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, in a friendly and clean store. They were practicing the virus safety rules. 😀

Terri helped me with finding a T-shirt to fit. She was very pleasant and accommodating. She went above and beyond to check when they would be receiving next order of T shirts. I always get good service with Terri.

I had to have a tube seed feeder changed out because of a crack in the tube. They also replaced the perches!
