They know me there, and the staff are always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I couldn't come in the store due to covid and I wanted a particular seed cake that I couldn't remember the name of. The lovely lady figured out which one it was from my description.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the store only offered phone orders with curbside pick-up. Not a problem at all -- when I arrived, all I had to do was open my trunk and they brought out my order and placed it in my vehicle. It was easier and faster than doing it the regular way of shopping inside. Thanks for staying open for business and finding a solution that made it easy to be your customer.

During this pandemic, I totally appreciate the availability of phone orders and curb side service. In addition to that, the employees would hold an item up in the window that I had asked about. They employees were great at social distancing from me, and were very kind.

I have always wanted to find a bird specific stores and this is it! Friendly, knowledgeable, clean store with all sorts of cool and unique things. I also try to support small local business, especially during these weird and trying times. I called, paid for what I needed over the phone, pulled up and they brought it me in my car. Easy peasy!
