The staff were VERY knowledgeable about all the products. They were also very helpful in answering all my bird related questions. They make me feel very comfortable asking my silly questions.

We like the quality of the seed we get at WBU. Great inventory! If we have a question or concern we are always provided with a choice of possibilities as answers. We like the staff. The store is clean and bright.

Staff welcome you to the store as you enter. Savings are identified by staff and clear on the bill. Staff always offer to carry purchases out to the car, which is appreciated.

Sales staff are experts and willing to help.....they're very knowledgeable about bird feeding and how to repair various feeders. Staff ask if we've found everything we came in for. Background music is always nature-inspired and lovely. Wonderful staff and great products. Bird Bucks are an added bonus for loyalty customers. Thank you!

I like the store. The people have always been very friendly. The selection of seed, etc is very good and is of good quality. I shopped at WBU in Burlington before moving north and was very pleased to find the WBU in Barrie when I got here.

Courteous staff served me. He participated in a discussion of on line shopping, of which I was very satisfied. He said he hoped to see me soon.
