Merchandise displayed is visually pleasing manner and accessibly. Good selection of merchandise. Prices a bit high but competitive. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.

All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My only problem is that my favorite bird feeder is no longer available by WBU. Not an inventory problem with my store. It is that WBU no longer orders the plastic round tray feeder with dome. No replacement can be found at WBU in Auburn, AL or Kettering & Columbus, Ohio (my siblings). One more note is that I purchase a WBU gift certificate as a Christmas present for my sister. Don't discontinue that.
