We’ve been shopping at this Wild Bird store for years. We enjoyed the previous owners, but are extremely happy with the new owners, in fact we choose to shop in Knoxville instead of a closer store.

I ordered online, expecting it would take days to weeks to arrive, especially since it was during the Christmas rush. I ordered online, and it arrived the next day! The local shop in my area actually drove it to my house and left it on my doorstep, all without an extra charge. The person who delivered it also followed up with an e-mail and a picture of it on my doorstep letting me know he had left it there. Wow! That is very impressive customer service! I'm a new, amateur bird watcher, but I will definitely shop with WBU again for future needs. Thanks!
