Saw same item on line at different WBU for cheaper price but not my usual store. My WNU was able to price match.

Customer service goes above and beyond. I'm always treated like a friend when I shop there. My staff member helped me with solutions to handle the problems I'm having with starlings. She also told me about the merlin app to identify different birds in my yard. I love this store and recommend it to my friends. Wish the prices weren't so high. It's getting pretty expensive to feed my birds. Keep up the good work!

I was looking for a Father’s Day gift for my 95 yr. Old dad. The staff went out of there way to help me find something that was perfect.

I went without knowing what was needed but I knew that a strong and tall 'stand/pole' for windchimes that were 62 inches long. The lady who assisted me showed different items, etc., and said if it didn't work, we'd try something else.

The lady that helped me was so friendly & helpful. Great employee !
