The Knoxville location has been taking care of me for years. I live on the Holston River and I buy three 20lb bags of bird seed every two weeks, sometimes, during winter months it is even more. The staff answers my questions via phone and always makes sure that I have everything just the way I need it. What a joy that there are people like this staff left in this world. I would be lost without WBU.

We really like the store and the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We e have been buying from the store for almost seven years now. We like the products and ease in getting our order. We love feeding the birds. Thank you for everything.
