Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about seed and products. Appreciate the assistance in carrying heavy seed to my care also - don’t just passively offer but pleasantly almost insist.

I've done business with WBU for at least 30 years (in various locations, depending on where we were living). Two and a half years ago I moved to a rural area in TN where the nearest WBU store is 60+ miles from my home. I'm lucky to get the tore a few times a year. I'm glad to be able to have seed delivered when I can't get there. I've never had a bad experience with WBU.

Always have what I need

It was easy to find what I wanted for myself. The sales associate showed me where I could find the suet balls that my friend asked me to buy. I also renewed my membership this visit and got a free peanut feeder with shelled peanuts. It was a good visit.

Always friendly staff and I enjoy looking around the store.

WENT FOR A TALK ON HUMMINGBIRDS--EXCELLENT. ALWAYS ENJOY SHOPPING IN THE STORE, AND LOOKING AROUND AT THINGS. STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY.
