All about the man behind the register, Mr Caleb C. Incredibly knowledgeable, obviously passionate, able to answer any and every question I had. I feel like I walked out of the store knowing a little more about birds than I did when I walked in.

It was a little rough when the store 1st sold since we were used to the owner & her longtime staff. But now it seems you have found & trained your staff and they have learned a lot & are confident. This last visit showed that greatly.

The chickadees had been visiting a wet moldy white niger seed sock that had been through recent rain storms and I could not tolerate doing that to the birds. I am unfamiliar with the time of year to put out Niger Seed but wanted the new feeder. I bought the yellow Feeder and the birds are going for it. Earlier in the week I had spoken with a young woman but do not recall her name who explained all the Niger seed feeders. I needed to space out my money at that time. The double points email got me into the store quickly right as the store was closing. Caleb waved me in, sold me the feeder, and gave me a bag of seeds with small chips in it as I was purchasing a new feeder. The bag surprisingly filled the shorter feeder and that was quite nice.
