Store was 1 minute from closing and the staff member was so kind and said come on in and take your time. I knew what I was looking for and he helped me locate it and looked in the system to see what food I had bought in the past. Super helpful.

The store is welcoming….. they even allow my dog to shop with me 😊 and the staff are all so friendly and willing to assist.

Overall friendly and knowledgeable staff. Answers my questions, and help find solutions to problems. Quick to greet me and help with check out. Even carry my purchases to my car.

The site is easy to navigate. Seed, product has always been available. Delivery is amazing. Typically within 48 hours. Connections with real people always helpful, pleasant and knowledgable.

There was only one employee when I showed up about half an hour before close. He took great care of me and answered all of my questions. He even recommended some products that I wouldn't have even thought of. Aside from customer service he was very pleasant to chat with and offered to carry things out to my car for me before assisting with the next customer. I definitely plan on coming back!

Caleb helped me select a feeder and introduced me to “club “ benefits. He registered my name as a new customer and gave me a gift with the purchase. Caleb asked me questions about the location and gave suggestions.
