We were so spoiled by having such long-term knowledgeable employees under the last owner & the owner was present most days. Our 1st visit since was a little tough with so much new staff. Out visit last week was fabulous! Staff has learned quite a bit and is more comfortable. The gal who helped us was excellent & even looked up my last purchase for me.

I regularly buy bird food at WBU so I always enjoy talking with the help, whether it's Mary Lou or Caleb or another. I appreciate the bit of relaxed shopping personal connection, enough time to talk birds, even the trivial. I also had a biscotti cookie. Thanks. It's a nice store. I enjoy shopping there and stopping by.
