I ordered my merch online and it was delivered in two days. Since I live in Missoula, where there is no Wild Bird store/resource, I was pleased with how quickly everything arrived

I've shopped at this WBU location several times over the past few years. I've always had an excellent experience. I'm always greeting upon entering the store and the employees are all helpful. They're always ready, willing and able to answer all my questions and to make suggestions based upon my questions.

The staff at this store are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I have always enjoyed shopping there. The store is always clean, neat, and well organized and even when some of the products have been sold out or shipments have been held up we end up finding suitable substitutions with the help of the staff. I love this store and will continue shopping here for all of my bird- (and eventually bat-) related gear and feed. I also really enjoy the selection of other merchandise sold (gifts, soaps, etc.)!

The customer service was great! The woman that helped me was super friendly and helpful. I loved that so many of the gift items were already wrapped! And I got a free bag of bird seed for signing up to be in your customers club. I rent, so I don't feed the birds at my apartment, but I will be a return customer to buy gift for friends.
