I always go in person to the store so at least one of these questions did not apply. I recently returned a feeder which had broken twice. The store clerk told me she would take a picture of it and see if i could get a refund. I completely forgot about this after i left that day. Then my next trip to the store i learned that i had a credit for the broken feeder. It was a very nice surprise. I think the credit was applied within two or three weeks of my last visit. I appreciate the follow through and WBU's commitment to providing quality products.

Wild Birds Unlimited Bozeman ALWAYS has excellent customer service, wonderful delivery and packaging, and consistently gets deliveries out in an expedited manner. I would not shop anywhere else.

Every time we are in the store we are pleasantly greeted and visited with. Everything is clean and well stocked. Always have what we are looking for. Extremely Great Crew!!

It is always a pleasure to see the staff in Bozeman. They are cheerful and friendly. I just can't always afford to go as often as I'd like to. It is costly.
