I appreciate these people so much! This is my favorite store in Bozeman and I always make a point of going there!

We went in for the special winter No Mess blend that had been on sale. It was sold out, but the employee on shift helped us find a replacement blend. She asked many clarifying questions to learn about our yard and the types of birds we wanted to attract. She reassured us that once there was snow on the ground more birds would come to our feeders. She also told us when they might be getting more of the special blend in. She easily handled our payment and gave a pleasant parting comment. We felt welcomed and valued as customers, and appreciated her knowledge.
