I love learning about birds and the staff is knowledgable and interested in sharing information.

We shop regularly, and we have always experienced friendly staff who take extra steps to assist us in every way. We love that we are greeted when we enter the store. That friendly acknowledgement goes a long way in customer service.

The staff was careful with the Covid- mask wearing. The staff was helpful in getting the merchandise we needed and helping us to the car with it after purchase. Great store, great people!

I could not have been more pleased with the experience of shopping at that store. It was clean and beautiful, most pleasant to spend time there. The customer service was beyond excellent. When I asked if I could purchase a bit of paper to wrap my gift the clerk took my gift back and wrapped it and put on a big beautiful bow.

In addition to the great products that I typically purchase they were in a beautiful bag and included a surprise small gift feeder.

I feel very welcomed and always enjoy my little visits with the very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
