I enjoy picking out products for birds in a pleasant setting with knowledgeable about local birds. I do miss the pre-COVID fresh cookies though!

We often go to our bird store just to relax and to have a cup of coffee and a cookie:). We love all the gift ideas too. We purchase all of our bird food there and almost always buy Christmas gifts too.

Im always highly satisfied with my local WBU store! They are always so friendly and helpful whenever I'm in the store but chose to order online this time since I'm limiting my time out and about with covid. I greatly appreciate their helpfulness and knowledge along with their friendliness!!!

The delivery service was just great. I'll admit that I had to make it a delivery order, because the person managing the store on Saturday wouldn't let me in when I arrived at 4:58. (I frankly had not realized that the story closed at 5 pm. I wasn't going to drive back the next day from Twin Bridges, so I just had to have the product shipped.) Ultimately okay; got the product and it only cost me the extra shipping!!
