I was helped to figure out savings of sizes of the bird seed I was interested in. It was my birthdaty month so I was excited about getting 20% off an item......Wrong answer...it was only 5%. As a member I would get 15% but was not allowed both percentages. So I chose the 20% which basicly only saved me 5%.

Staff very helpful and friendly. I luv Amber and Mary Lou. They always carry my product to my car and are never in a hurry to make me feel rushed. I miss the coffee and cookies!

The quality of ALL their products is superb as is their customer service. They take their time to help educate and problem solve. I feel listened to and when I can't afford equipment, they take the time to help me figure out work-arounds until I can save up for proper equipment. I love Debbie and her staff!
