I appreciate the immediate offer for assistance. I like that I am given focused time from people on staff when I have questions. I really really appreciate the club where I can get bird bucks - that helps! There is so much great stuff there - hard to avoid over spending! Everything I have purchased there has been of top quality. I love just about everyone on staff and feel like I am valued as a human as much as a customer.
