I have checked all the boxes previously. Great staff! Great merchandise! Great selection of products! Helpful staff in finding the correct products to suit my yard. Willing to find solutions to my problems with feeders...like small buttons popping off bottom of feeders. Willingness to exchange one purchase for another..(length of tree hooks). Store is very attractive and fun to walk through. Fresh cookies each time I visit. :)

Laurel and Deb are very knowledgeable and helpful every time we go to the store. They merchandise their products very well and the store is very clean!

The variety of bird related products is outstanding. I love my bird t-towels. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store program for discount is excellent. I have had lots of questions answered regarding my purchases. And, I enjoy the cookies a lot!!

The staff at this store are very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the high quality products whether bird food or bird-feeding equipment. I alos like that they carry Christmas-specifc gifts that I like giving friends and family.

Everyone is allways friendly and give good advice on what to feed to attract different birds. They never run out of different foods. and alway get new and different bird related items.
